BUILDING DESCRIPTION

The layout is organized so that each residence retains its own identity while at the same time forming part of a unified architectural whole.

The design of the building volumes, openings, and outdoor spaces is considered in relation to privacy, the natural environment, and desired views. The south-facing aspect is a key element of the design, with the main living spaces and outdoor areas organized to maximize natural light and sun exposure. The terraces and pools serve as a natural extension of the interior spaces, creating diverse experiences of outdoor living.

Materiality follows the overall compositional logic, with an emphasis on natural materials and their timelessness. The marble base functions as a seamless continuation of the ground, while the upper volumes are divided by the use of mineral plaster. The wooden window frames add a warm and natural quality to the facades, creating a harmonic relationship with the composition as a whole
