VOULA ATHINAIDOS

It is a residential complex located in one of the most attractive areas of the southern suburbs of Athens, in Voula. With the ally of excellent orientation and a rich natural environment, we have created a prominent building.

DESIGN CONCEPT

The design concept was conceived by combining two separate structures around a dynamic core, the central atrium, which also serves as the building’s shared staircase. The construction of the central atrium and the purposeful sub-division of the volumes allowed us to offer each residence independence, privacy, as well as ensuring ideal orientation and superior natural light and ventilation.

This resulted in a higher quality living environment for all occupants. The semi-outdoor staircase design has been chosen for this project, which allows for better connection and interaction between the exterior environment and interior of the residences. This design not only enhances visual appeal, but also helps to emphasize the relationship between the surrounding greenery and the homes.

The design of the outdoor spaces of the residences has been carefully planned to maximize extroversion and enhance communication with the natural environment. Each residence features generously-sized gardens, and green configurations to promote both user comfort and privacy. The views from these spaces are carefully selected to provide an aesthetically pleasing experience.

The design of this construction features a distinct lack of beams and an expansive interior, allowing for unhindered circulation and visual permeation. Strategically placed openings on each side reach all the way to the roof, creating a harmonious atmosphere throughout the entirety of the space.

The complex consists of four maisonettes and four high-end apartments, with excellent architectural aesthetics, including a sunlight study, ventilation study, combined cooling-heating systems, as well as high-end collaborating companies for quality and aesthetic purposes.

INTERIOR DESIGN

When designing the interior of each residence, we carefully considered the daily lifestyle requirements of future inhabitants, as well as an effective and comfortable living. Additionally, we placed a special emphasis on the flexibility of each space to ensure that all residences can be personalized to meet the personal needs of their occupants.

LOCATION

The project is conveniently located near the vibrant heart of the city, providing residents with easy access to α plethora of entertainment, recreational and cultural activities.

One of the advantages of the project is its prime location. The project is situated in an area of the southern suburbs of Athens that has undergone significant development in recent years and offers many benefits to its residents, in Voula. This location, at the foothills of Mount Hymettus, provides residents with the opportunity to enjoy a magnificent view and natural surroundings without the noise and disturbances that characterize an urban area. The residences are situated in an ideal location just 10 minutes walk away from the vibrant city center, which is significant because it provides easy access to the central market without being affected by urban nuisance. Additionally, they are situated just 1 kilometer away from Kavouri Beach, one of the most renowned beaches of Athens’ southern suburbs.
